I redesigned the onboarding experience to be calmer, clearer, and more supportive, helping users understand their options and confidently choose the right plan.

I developed an accessible illustration design system for Cisco IT, improving clarity and consistency across empty and error states while supporting both light and dark themes.

At a critical point in the onboarding funnel at ZenBusiness, users had questions,

but getting help meant leaving the experience entirely. I worked to bring in-flow support to users so they could make better informed decisions without sacrificing their progress in the onboarding funnel.
